Anti-allergy bed linen is available upon request. Please contact reception. Please also inform us of any food allergies and our chef will be happy to prepare a suitable alternative for you.

Alpine Oasis
The Alpine Oasis is open daily from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Arrival / departure
Rooms are available to check-in from 3.00 pm onwards. If you are arriving later than 8.00 pm, please let us know in advance. On your day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00 am.
Early check-in from 10.00 am and late check-out until 4.00 pm available upon request and depending upon availability.

Bathrobes, towels and bathroom slippers
These are available for the duration of your stay. If you would like fresh towels or bathrobes please leave your old towels/bathrobes in the spa area or on the bathroom floor. These will then be replaced by housekeeping.

If you prefer to not have our menu in evening, please cancel by midday at reception. We will then deduct 20,00 € in summer and 25,00 € in winter per person.

Dogs

Heating
Our hotel heating is controlled centrally by our technicians. The bathroom temperature remains constant, but it can be individually regulated in the rooms and suites. If you have any questions, please contact reception.

Hiking
In the summer, hotel owner Gerhard accompanies guests on hikes and can recommend the best tours. The beautiful mountain landscape offers many hiking paths and mountain lodges – a hiking and mountain lodge guide as well as tips are available from reception.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.

Nordic walking
Nordic walking sticks are available for you to use during your stay. Please ask reception where we can also provide tour suggestions. In the summer, the hotel owner Yvonne also joins guests for walks 1x week (announced in the Morgenpost).

On Wednesdays we enjoy an “in-house day off”.
On this day, our busy staff can enjoy a well-deserved break which is why the Gollinger Restaurant is closed. Every Wednesday we can therefore arrange a culinary excursion for you to a restaurant of your choice (deduction from the daily rate of € 25,00 per adult).

Parking
Cars may be parked in front of the hotel for loading and unloading. The hotel’s car park is located in front of and behind the hotel. We would like to point out that only one free parking space is available for each room. Additional parking spaces are subject to a charge.
A parking space in our underground garage is charged at € 25,00 / day which will be added to your hotel bill.

Pharmacy
There is a pharmacy just in front of the town centre, on the right-hand side.

Pillows
We want you to feel at home – please therefore let us know if you require any extra pillows or anti-allergy pillows.

“Please do not disturb” sign
There is a “Please do not disturb” sign in your room / suite next to the door.
Hotel staff will not enter your room for cleaning if this sign is hanging on your door. For room cleaning, please contact reception from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.

If you have any letters, parcels etc. please contact reception where we
can stamp and post these for you.

Postage stamps / letters
If you would like to send a postcard or letter, we can stamp your mail at reception. Stamps are also available from the Confetti Shop next door. We also provide letter paper, pens and envelopes.

The Zell am See railway station is a 30-minute car journey away from our hotel. Upon request we can arrange a transfer for you.
