Arrival:
You can check in to your room any time after 3pm. Please let us know if you intend to arrive later than 8pm. Rooms have to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Deposit:
€ 300,00 per room – please supply your address, date of arrival and date of departure

Extras:
Single person occupancy of double rooms carries a € 20,00 surcharge per day.
Dogs:
You must let us know if you intend to bring your dog(s). We regret that you cannot take your pets into the dining room with you. You must also supply a suitable dog bed or cover. The daily surcharge per dog is € 15,00 (not including food).
Prices:
Season prices are charged per person and day and include the Gollinger Hof indulgence package, VAT and the local tax of € 1,10 per person (aged 15 or older) per day.
Skiing passes:
Available from reception against cash or cash card payment!
Cancellation:
Life doesn’t always go to plan, so we recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Any deposit paid is non-refundable if you make a cancellation unless your cancellation is received no later than 3 months before your planned date of arrival. If we do not receive your cancellation in sufficient time or your arrival is delayed or cancelled at short notice, and we are unable to allocate the room(s) to other persons, we regret that we have to charge you 70% of the agreed price. We ask for your understanding in this matter since we have to keep the room(s) reserved by you free under all circumstances. The Austrian hotel contract conditions are applicable. The court of jurisdiction is Zell am See.
