The Salzburg region has been famous for its hospitality for generations and we intend to remain faithful to our roots. We find the idea of impersonal mega-hotels abhorrent and prefer to give our undivided attention to smaller numbers of guests. Thus, we have only 30 rooms and studios, which are, of course, furnished in the traditional Salzburg style.
In summer and winter, you can make yourself at home in the lobby, with its cosy seating areas and open fireplace, have a chat in the one of the lounges (smoking or non-smoking), or enjoy Pinzgau and international cuisine and a nice glass of wine in the à la carte restaurant while your children romp around in the playroom.
In the summer months, the hotel’s garden and large sun terrace offer you a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Our hotel is also a great base for walks through the mountainous countryside of the Salzburg region. And walking is something we take seriously: our manager is a fully qualified hiking guide and is more than happy to accompany guests on their forays into the mountains.
In winter, you have access to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski lifts right behind the hotel. Naturally, ski passes are available at reception. If you need a bit of thawing out after a day’s skiing, you can relax in the sauna at the 400m² Alpine Oasis or use the public swimming pool in Hinterglemm for free.
